Leg Day

Ran into the charming [livejournal.com profile] excessor at the gym this afternoon. I couldn't talk to him very long because I was trying to concentrate on beating my leg press best, which I did: 450# 3 sets 18 reps, 680# 1 set 18 reps, 860# 5 sets 18 reps. Though I think my range of motion is declining on the really heavy stuff. I will hobble around tomorrow at the Fair, but you don't have to move fast there.

No, I'm still using 45s, though I'm running out of room on the bar and will have to use 100s if I add another 40 lbs. or so. I would save time using 100s but I don't like wrangling them.
