Ran into the charming
excessor at the gym this afternoon. I couldn't talk to him very long because I was trying to concentrate on beating my leg press best, which I did: 450# 3 sets 18 reps, 680# 1 set 18 reps, 860# 5 sets 18 reps. Though I think my range of motion is declining on the really heavy stuff. I will hobble around tomorrow at the Fair, but you don't have to move fast there.
