rootbeer1 just appeared AGAIN in a story on CNBC about Massachusetts non-married gay DPs losing benefits. Oh, and some companies are refusing to provide benefits governed under federal law (ERISA, for example) to even legally married same-sex partners. Talking heads are going over it.
