We're avoiding it too, by going to Puerto Vallarta for a long weekend. Everyone who is anyone is getting out of town ;)

That would be fun! We're renting a villa/apartment/condo thingie which is $2000 for 4 nights. So, $400 per room/couple as it's John & Rusty, Jeff & Zeke, Frank & Douglas and Miss Stickney. If it's nice we might book it for next year.
