Resveratrol
Nov. 18th, 2006 11:33 amI've added resveratrol to the mix of no-fat cottage cheese, flax seed oil, bilberry extract, and diindolymethane I eat with breakfast every morning. While I could instead drink several glasses of red wine every day, the side-effects from alcohol wouldn't be good for me. I don't want to be that French.

Date: 2006-11-19 03:58 am (UTC)By the way, I also have flax seeds every morning with breakfast. I sprinkle ground flax seeds on my breakfast cereal. Also, it's good to use in baking (it adds a nutty flavor).
