We're going to have the exterior of the house painted. I've called RPM and Paladino; if anyone reading this knows of another good South Bay / Peninsula painting contractor, let me know.

I've had two former landlords who used Orlando Trujillo Painting Contractor, Inc. and everything looked pretty good.

If you want to see the kind of work they do ... they have a fancy paint job on the outside of their own building, right next to 101 in San Mateo.

(I'd still ask for references, though. I'm odd that way.)
