I'm not very interested in fashion, but this new style from Ralph Lauren - Polo just looks like rampant ugliness to me:

I'll stick with sweats.

Ralphie is trying to recycle Beatles fashion from Yellow Submarine.
He's a real Nowhere Man...

Uh, I think I had some shirts like this in the 60's.

Before Hilfiger was ghetto fashion, they had similar shirts. I had one back in 1990, which I wore when I was feeling especially nutty.

This makes me appreciate the fact that I'm a t-shirt 'n' jeans guy. I thought the 60s were over. And the return of the 60s was over as well.

If not the 60's Ralphie is trying to recreate, it's the early to mid 70's...

And for what it's worth, I'm so not going there fashion wise.

I can see the shirt by itself, but not paired like he's paired them. Ugh, too much

Turbo is right at this moment sitting on a paisley patterned dog bed in my office. I kid you not. Costco, $19.99. Now that boy has taste!

Actually I can imagine Edina wearing some of this stuff.

I just disposed of the last shirt of that sort I had, c. 1973. I don't think we're quite ready for their return. And this collection has an unfortunate mix of patterns and colors that just jars the senses. Another difference in the grim countenance of all the models -- no joy, no fun, which was an essential part of these loud styles back then.

It's just plain ugly and I was around the first time they tried to pawn off this crap. It looked bad then too. Am I the only one that thinks that the male model in the picture looks like K.D. Lang? LOL!

Yeah, styles have looked like this for the last 8 or so months here in New York. Every major department store has this terrible look in Men's wear. The women's styles are similarly tacky.
