I went to Best Buy this weekend while I was in Sugar Land, just to visit my TVs there. Which one did you guys like? I don't quite yet understand what they're selling—what comes with what set seems to be highly variable; i.e., does it come with an HD tuner? a sound system? a receiver? a stand? installation? I'm told that there are different technologies beyond CRT vs Plasma. I just like the pretty pictures.
I've never known what color cerulean is. Apparently it's somewhere between twilight blue and midnight blue. It sounds pretty.
You guys are pretty brave to slog through Ikea on a weekend. The place is overwhelming anyway, let alone with all the idiot customers (not you) running around. However, I've only been to the one in Emeryville and I'm sure the one in East Palo Alto is very different. I have to visit it this week sometime.
The wall cabinets sound big. Are you going to mount them or will someone do that for you? It seems to be at least a two-man job.
I'm impressed that you actually know a man named Tor. Some guys have all the luck.
