Drip drip drip

More rain. Last night I had a pleasant dinner with Paul / excessor at the local Persian restaurant, Chelokababi. It was excellent -- I had kabobs of chicken and filet mignon. Everything comes with a scented Basmati rice sprinkled with saffron.

Today it rained. The gym was quieter (it usually is on Friday) and I was momentarily distracted because ICUii acquaintance Rob has grown a beard. This makes him much more visible to me... I reassured Paul that he's way more handsome. Well, at least he has a better personality. And he's fun. And intelligent....

In the evening Lou C dropped in with a gift of some of his banana-nut-chocolate chip bread; I gave him some of my fruit-nut bread in exchange. His new job is working out well. It's a relief that nearly all my long-unemployed friends have found new jobs that are great for them (hi Pyro!)

Tomorrow it will rain. Paul and I are going up to the city for dinner at Jardiniere followed by Take Me Out, which looks like fun.

Sunday it will rain.

You don't have to reassure me. The man is quite handsome and is quite compelling in his new beard. I just wish I had his shoulders and ass.

Dinner and the show are going to be so much fun!

Don't fret the rain. The rain is just another backdrop against which we can have fun.
