Workout Catchup

While in DC, I missed several days of working out while travelling, one day we only had time do a bit of cardio at his condo complex, and workouts with zzbear were about half my usual, being both shorter and less intense (and he wonders why he doesn't make much progress!)

So I've been back at my usual routines for four days, and everything hurts. I am sooo old.
