drscottFor you Eichler fans out there (hi Steve and Jack!), Sunset recently installed a Glide House as "home of the year." It's a modular reinterpretation of the Eichler aesthetic with low costs -- $200K for 1600 sq ft. These would look great in Palm Springs....
