Paris

I have a lingering sinus infection from the head cold that we picked up flying from Paris to Barcelona, so if it chews into my brain you won't be hearing from me again. One hopes I can get in to see the doctor Monday.

This hasn't stopped me from working on the trip photos, and here's the first installment from our days in Paris: Gallery. My post on Paris fills in the details.

Lovely photos; looks like you two had a marvelous time. I haven't been to Paris in years, and my BF is begging me to go back with him. These photos remind me that I suppose I should :-)

If you can afford it -- the euro's at $1.39. But it's only 8 hours away by plane.

The Caillebotte Floor Scrapers has a certain degree of homoeroticism about it in the way the two guys are looking at each other. It was used as the cover for Pages Passed from Hand to Hand.

Nothing like sweaty, shirtless manual labor to get those juices flowing.

Glad Paul was modeling in front of the ancient stuff. He's looking very fine.

What was up with the suggestive placing of the umbrella in a few shots though?

Didn't feel suggestive at the time, since it was raining hard! We had to cut our touring short because it just wasn't practical in the rain and wind.
