I used to eat a can of tuna as the protein component of my weekday lunch about half the time, but that was a little too much given the mercury content of even chunk light tuna (albacore is much worse.) So I started eating canned salmon most of the time instead.
excessor spotted the Kirkland brand at Costco a few weeks ago, and it's terrific -- more, and tastier, than the usual Chicken of the Sea and the like, and at around $1.25 a can, a much better deal than the usual $2.50 or so. Bought 30 cans yesterday. Yum.
Also note that tonight is the
handlebear memorial dance at ECR's usual Palo Alto venue.
