The abs are great... but it's the serratus anterior's, which we barely see in this pic, but you obviously have worked on, that are HauuuuuuT. (the ones on your side that you use when you punch right in front). I could get ALL inappropriate on that torso. :)

You know my anatomy better than I do! My ex was a massage therapist part-time and knew all the names, and Paul had a web site up yesterday that let you click on every tiny muscle to see its name and description, but aside from the big ones the names just won't stick in my head.

I don't have any good pictures of my recently-improved definition, so I'll have to get some. And it appears you have some talent in being inappropriate....

I would love to know what website your friend Paul had up! That could really help me! I am taking anatomy and histology now, (considering a third career shift). The muscles I talked about are those incredibly sexy ones on the side below your armpit, lateral to your ribs. I am using my sexualy compulsive personality as a way to help me study :)
