Vertiginous to 60 in 6 seconds

drscottAs amply documented by this post, we went over to Rusty and Eric's last night for game night. Nothing like a game of strip spoons with Truth or Dare augmentation to put the "fun" in dysfunctional! I was naked by 11 PM. Unfortunately Handsome Scott had already left, so I didn't see anything new I really wanted to see...
After we got home around midnight, I realized something was wrong -- it was like I was still drunk hours after my single Cosmo. When I went to bed I realized it was the vertigo I often get this time of year, probably the result of a chronic viral infection of the nerves of my inner ear. Spinning gently into darkness, I slept.
This morning I am still dizzy and staggering. No dancing tomorrow if this keeps up. Tonight we're going to Mike and Shy's for Mike's 60th birthday party. Since Mike is in training for a half-marathon and 60-mile bike ride, he's a very fit and youthful sixty.
